Yes... at some point ;-)

There are a number of people who would very much like to see RdbiPgSQL
converted to a DBI-based package.  Having a namespace on DBI should
make such a project easier, IMO.

It seems not quite important enough for anyone to put at the top of
their TODO list -- perhaps because RdbiPgSQL does work.

Interested parties are welcome to contact me for suggestions in
getting started. :-)
