[R-pkgs] listcompr: list comprehension for R

Dear R users,

I am happy to announce the first version of listcompr which is on CRAN 
now. listcompr is a "syntactic sugar" approach to generate lists, 
vectors and data frames with list comprehension.

Some examples are shown on the readme page on the github repository:
