[R-pkgs] New rcheology update

List members might like to know that the `rcheology` package has been
updated on CRAN. `rcheology` is a data package which lists every object in
base R packages for previous versions of R. The new update extends R
versions back to 1.0.1, and also includes unexported objects in the
namespace (like `.subset`).
