[R-pkg-devel] MSRV on Fedora

I think saying that Fedora is not supported is the wrong solution, 
unless you know that Rust version 1.70 will never be supported on 
Fedora.  Isn't the appropriate solution to document the MSRV in the 
SystemRequirements field of your DESCRIPTION file?

When you submit, point out that you have done this in your submission 
comments.  I don't think a Fedora failure will cause a submission to be 
automatically rejected, but the CRAN reviewers may want to know if you 
have dealt with the error, and you should explain that this is what 
you've done.
