I see. Well that is largely irrelevant (at least to me) as it *will* work at
CRAN where the build environment is consistent for packages as described in
Writing R Extensions. And I generally skip vignettes in package checks in CI.

For RHub bug reports you need to contact RHub admins. This mailing list
sort-of covers it lacking other obvious venues but it is otherwise about
getting package to CRAN standards.
