[R-pkg-devel] Error on checks on CRAN

Hi,
Since yesterday I see there is an error for my package under the cran checks:

This error came up just yesterday (just before I wanted to submit a new version of my package).
I noticed that the error is not only in my package check, but in all packages I checked (even so prominent ones like devtools, ggplot2 etc).

Hence I assume this has to do with their testing settings and the error hopefully goes away by itself. Is it still okay to submit a package update or should I wait until the error is resolved?
