[R-pkg-devel] Issue: Function found when exporting methods from the namespace ‘raster’ which is not S4 generic: ‘all.equal’

The reason why Rtools was suggested was because CRAN takes some time for
the binaries to be built and people were trying to install it just after
raster was released.
The solution is for the user to re-install the raster package from CRAN in
a fresh R environment.
