[R-pkg-devel] Namespace is imported from in YAML header, but attracts Note that is is not imported from

On the Atlas and Linux builds of my package `qra` that has just been posted 
on CRAN, I am getting the message:

> Namespace in Imports field not imported from: ‘bookdown’
>   All declared Imports should be used.

This, in spite of the fct that the YAML header in two of the Rmd files for the vignettes has:

> output:
>   bookdown::html_document2:
>     theme: cayman

Do I need to worry about this?
