A similarly looking problem exists for multiple packages. It may be
related to some setup on the checking system or some more general
problem not specifically related to your package, I didn't yet have time
to diagnose.

For now there is a virtual machine setup (you can install a
free-for-testing Windows virtual machine). A link is in the README or here

This is available for package developers to debug issues with their
packages, but in this case it really may be something unrelated to your
package, so unless you wanted to volunteer your time diagnosing this,
please ignore.
