You really need to give the exact command you run, it is not just 'R CMD Rd2pdf'.
The error message indicates that probably you run  'R CMD Rd2pdf spsh_1.0.1.tar.gz ',
which is incorrect - you need to run Rd2pdf on the directory were your source package is, not on the tar ball,  eg. 'R CMD Rd2pdf spsh '.

The LaTeX error indicates that you probably used something like \code{some code} but omitted the closing curly parenthesis.
