Dear people,
I submitted a package to CRAN and got an error on the pdf manual
creation (solved other minor issues, full response from
CRAN-submissions using R-project.org please see email below).
The response to an error and warnings detailed:

I have truely searched most of the morning for a solution, but none to
be found.
Any ideas how to solve this would be very much appreciated.
