Nevertheless, I downloaded a stable version at https://cran.r-project.org/src/contrib/bujar_0.2-3.tar.gz, and attached results from

R CMD check --as-cran

Why? There is a reason there is a size limit there.  You were not asked to
send your sources, the comment approach is email a link to the repo.
