Right, that was intended.

You can try to insert \enc{}{} versions, but then in the Rd files, that 
is not related to winbiulder only but R in general.
And you have to exclude LaTeX as the UTF-8 symbol for omega cannot be 
handled by all LaTeX versions, apparently.
