[R] Mikael Jagan - New member of the R Core team

We are happy to announce that Mikael Jagan has accepted to join the R core team.

He has been an active contributor to the R project for several
years, reporting bugs and proposing bug fixes and enhancements

Further, he has been co-authoring/maintaining the important
Matrix package (becoming an expert in S4 ..) and more recently the lme4 and glmmTMB packages;

Previously working in Ben Bolker's group at McMaster (Hamilton, Ontario (CA)),
he is going to start a new job as Research Software Engineer
with the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in the Boston area.

We are happy to welcome him on board of the R Core team !
