[R] The Rousseeuw Prize 2026 awarded to The R Project

The R Project has been awarded the Rousseeuw Prize. The prize goes with 50% to five members of the Core Team who the Jury has decided to have made the longest and most sustained contributions: Brian Ripley, Martin Maechler, Kurt Hornik, Peter Dalgaard, and 
Luke Tierney. The other 50% goes to the other members of the Core Team.
