[R] question

Hello Dear Barradas

Thanks for your answer. Yes I installed priorityflow package and I just
pasted this part that returned error. I didn't get what is the mean
active object to decide how to fix it. While all needed objects for
running it are available. All other part running properly 

By the way I should ask Dr.Condon
