## Please look at the maiz example in ?mmc in the HH package.

install.packages("HH")  ## if necessary
library(HH)
?mmc

## After the full maiz example, then you need one more command

maiz.proj <- proj(maiz.aov)
maiz.proj

## I think you are looking for
maiz.proj$Within[, "Residuals"]
