[R] Not able to find files in working directory

You need to read the file in first. More generally, you need to spend
some time with an introductory R tutorial. There are many, including
the Introduction to R shipped with every copy of R, as well as the
ones listed on the R website at
http://cran.r-project.org/other-docs.html.
