[R] update.packages(checkBuilt = TRUE) fails in updating rpanel_1.1-1 due to missing package BWidget

It is not an R package: it is a Tcl/Tk extension.  The rpanel maintainer 
has been asked to add it to SystemRequirements (along with ca 30 other 
packages).

If it is not available for your OS, see the instructions here for OS X:
http://cran.r-project.org/doc/manuals/r-devel/R-admin.html#OS-X-packages
But it probably is.
