[R] reference for ginv

I have the second edition and in that one there are references:

Rao & Mitra Generalized inverse ..., Wiley, 1971
Pringle & Rayner, Generalized inverse ..., Griffin, 1971
Dodge, Analysis of Experiments .., Wiley, 1985
