[R] rbind data frames stored in a list

Replying to my own post. I found the following solution:
full.frame<-as.data.frame(matrix(nrow=0,ncol=3))
names(full.frame)<-c("a","b","c")
for(j in 1:length(X)) {full.frame<-rbind(full.frame,X[[j]])}
(full.frame)

Is there a more elegant solution?
Thank you!
Dimitri
