[R] package building problem on windows

Actually I was suspected that 'r cmd build' search for 'C:/DOCUME~1/c- 
dutang/Local' and not 'C:/DOCUME~1/c-dutang/Local Settings'.

I will check (tomorrow) if there are any spaces in environment  
variables TMP*.
