Here they are again modified to remove that bug:
ls.funs <- function(env=sys.frame(-1))unlist(lapply(ls(env=env),function(x)if(is.function(get(x,env=env)))x))
ls.var <- function(env=sys.frame(-1))unlist(lapply(ls(env=env),function(x)if(!is.function(get(x,env=env)))x))
