Andrew,
Do you by chance have library(MASS) in your .Rprofile?
If so, change it to:
options(defaultPackages=c(getOption("defaultPackages"), "MASS"))
Include any other packages that you are loading in the c(...) arguments
after MASS.
That will resolve the issue.
