[R] installation on FreeBSD

A cleaner solution is to modify the line in configure that says

 freebsd[3-4].*)

to have [3-5] instead. Or change it in configure.ac and run autoconf.
The basic problem is that we didn't support FreeBSD v.5 before it
existed...
