[R] .Rprofile, .Rfirst, and .Rdata

What do you have in .First() that you can not have directly in the
.Rprofile script? For example:
# ~/.Rprofile
cat("Running my .Rprofile...");
library(modreg)
cat("Running my .Rprofile...done");
