Something like , assuming the variables batches, operators, 
treatment, rep are factors and y is numeric, 

model <- aov(y ~ rep + batches + operators + treatment)

or 

model <- aov(y ~ batches + operators + treatment)
  (which will give another parametrization of the same model)

summary(model)
