I probably shouldn't worry about my Sales Rank there just yet, then...
The author's copies arrived Wednesday, so a little more patience would
seem to be required. It has been shipping from amazon.com for a few
weeks. At least Roger Peng would seem to have received one from that
source ;-)

I almost suggested that you'd try Springer Heidelberg, but it has
fallen off their site, and is now only listed under forthcoming titles
there ("due September"). It had a page before and they'll be pushing
the book quite a bit with a promotional bookmark and favourable price,
so it is a bit odd, but I suppose that they too want to receive their
shipment before trying too hard to sell it.
