Andrew,

I initially ordered it and MASS 4 from Amazon U.S.  I gave up after a
couple of weeks of e-mails indicating long delays in delivery.

I order both via Springer and got them in a matter of days.  Go directly
to the publisher at http:www.springer-ny.com.

Not sure why, but Amazon seems to be having problems with these books of
late.  I had two other new books published by Wiley (i.e. Agresti 2nd
Edition) that I wanted and had similar delay problems with Amazon.  I
ended up ordering from Wiley directly and they came within days.

Hat's off to Peter and V&R for two great additions!
