[R]: Update on R GUI's ??

As primary maintainer of R's web pages: I'd be more than happy to
support an effort like this by providing webspace, i.e., if somebody
sets up a couple of web pages etc. I can easily integrate them into
www.R-project.org (or redirect to another site from us). But somebody
else has to write and administer the pages :-)
