In what sort of structure?
A vector?
> a <- c(1,2,NA,3,4,NA,5,6,NA)
> a
[1] 1 2 NA 3 4 NA 5 6 NA
> a[!is.na(a)]
[1] 1 2 3 4 5 6
A list?
> a <- list(1,2,3,NA,4,5,NA,6,NA,7)
> a[!sapply(a,is.na)]
[[1]]
[1] 1
[[2]]
[1] 2
[[3]]
[1] 3
[[4]]
[1] 4
[[5]]
[1] 5
[[6]]
[1] 6
[[7]]
[1] 7
Something else?
