It is normal. make only makes things the first time. There is unused code
in the methods package.

Normal latex/tex warnings.

Why do you want to? R-1.6.1.tgz should unpack with the correct names
if you use my tools.

It worked for me when it was previously reported to R-help. We can't
diagnose such problems remotely, but please bear in mind that they are
probably due to problems with your Windows installation.
