[R] GUI's for teaching

And we've got most of this in ESS/XEmacs; what isn't listed has been
in the works (in some cases, for years :-(, see below).
This includes Mark's comment about extensible pull down menus defined
by R (tools were written in 1997 for doing that with ESS, it just
hasn't been high enough in the priority list).
