Besides those on CRAN as has been mentioned, some additional R online
resources are:
Mark Myatt's introduction to R at
http://www.myatt.demon.co.uk/Rex1031.zip. His main page is at
http://www.myatt.demon.co.uk/.
Paul Johnson's "StatsRUs" site at
http://lark.cc.ukans.edu/~pauljohn/R/statsRus.html, which focuses on a
broad range of issues.
Julian Faraway's "Practical Regression and Anova Using R" at
http://www.stat.lsa.umich.edu/~faraway/book/.
The online R Complement to MASS at
http://www.stats.ox.ac.uk/pub/MASS3/Compl.shtml if you should get a copy
of the book.
I am sure to be missing others, so my apologies in advance for any
oversights.
HTH.
Marc
