HTMLified e-mails {was [R] Interactive}

Dear Indrajit,

PLEASE PLEASE -- don't send e-mail in such a horrible
	      HTML-ified version.

If you really have nothing better than MS outlook for your
e-mailing, then at least configure it such as to NOT SEND HTML
to mailing lists (or at least not to the R lists).

I (as list manager) am still considering bouncing all these,
particularly those from MS outlook which outputs non-standard
(i.e. incorrect according to official standard) HTML...
