[R] Fortran DLLs

Hello again,

As several of you know, I'm working on getting my first DLL up and running.
Relevant Info:

*	My operating system is Windows NT (at work, it's XP at home).
*	I'm using R version 1.5.1 (6/17/2002).

This is the error I currently get with the SHLIB command:

C:\Program Files\R\rw1051\bin>Rcmd SHLIB H:\Stage9.Dun\RSforFILES\cir3int.f
Can't locate Cwd.pm in @INC at C:\PROGRA~1\R\rw1051/bin/SHLIB line 21.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at C:\PROGRA~1\R\rw1051/bin/SHLIB line 21.

'cir3int.f' is a FORTRAN source file. Ideas?
