[R] help.start() and Mozilla

That's way out of date.  Try 0.9.9.

With your mozilla.  There are a few other things that don't work with that
version, for example the menu links in the HTML manual versions.

A working Java sub-system.

For me on RH7.2 mozilla 0.9.9 worked as expected with R-1.5.0pre.
