Cute idea. Technically, the problems would probably be whether the
device has enough memory and speed, and there seems to be some issues
with dynamic linking that would need to be sorted out. Apart from
that, R is a fairly standard *N*X program which uses only raw X11
calls so porting it could be fairly simple.
