Paul,

Thanks for these. I've put Windows versions up.

Next iteration can you make your .ps files with type1 fonts (dvips -Ppfb or
-Pwww or a local incantation) or provide the sources?  That way they
will render better at different resolutions, and even distill to PDF
(which is a lot more universally available).
