[R] Installation

Brian,

Thanks for prompt help.  I'm not sure what is going on, I've now downloaded 
it to two different machines at two different locations  (one NT and one 
WIN98) and I am having the same problems with both. 

Having said that, after re-running the install about five times, I now seem 
to have everything working even though it stalls while installing 
refman.pdf, which in fact has installed.

Virus checker was off during download and installation.

Any way, seems to be working.
