which means you're using Windows which you should tell us explicitly.
As you see it's just a warning which will go away once the xgobi port
to Windows is updated.
Note however that xgobi will be deprecated itself in favor of ggobi,
in the not so distant future, probably rather sooner than later for
Windows.

Alternatively, you find the proper file in your xgobi package installation
and follow the above warning message by replacing

    system.file("scripts", "xgobi.bat", pkg = "xgobi")
with
    system.file("scripts", "xgobi.bat", package = "xgobi")

(and do the analogous with a corresponding "xgvis" line)
