[R] help stable

"stable" is a package not part of `standard R' but contributed by Jim
Lindsey.    library(help = stable)   should tell you this.  
Usually you should ask the package maintainer for things like this.

However, don't the plots look right you get from

  library(stable)
  example(dstable)
