[R] Multiple comparison functions

I'm interesed in a function (o group of functions) to perform similar tasks
than S+ "multicomp". Before try to program something similar I want to know
if there are some similar functions programmed yet. I only know "Tukey.aov"
function fron package Devore5.

1. Is there any similar functions for other comparisons as
Student-Newman-Keuls LSD or Waller-Duncan Bayes LSD?

2. Is there some "distribuction" functions as "qtukey" for the critical
points in Waller-Duncan Bayes LSD or Dunnett LSD for comparing with a
control?
