[R] R-mailing lists -- non-sent messages problem ..

I've just found out that yesterday evening (and this morning) [UTC]
our mail server has had unpleasant problems 
and that about a dozen messages had not been forwarded to the lists
(and unfortunately, these were swamped in other mailer-daemon messages
 from unavailable subcribers that I receive anyway as list owner).

I'm now manually resending these to R-help and R-core as approriate.
