[R] Installing R on RedHat7.0

I apologize for the delay in bringing out an RPM for Red Hat 7.0.
The main reason for the delay is that I have been very busy, but
I was also worried about the compiler warnings.  I didn't realize
they weren't fatal.  I shall roll up a new RPM at the weekend.
