blas is typically part of the "beo" series in SuSE. if it's not
part of the personal edition (I have the professional version),
you should find it on SuSE's ftp server (blas.rpm in e.g.
ftp://ftp.suse.com/pub/suse/i386/7.0/suse/beo1/)
