[R] Parameter confidence regions for regression

Hi!

I am starting to use R-0.64.1 for linux, and I would like to know if
there is a way to plot parameter confidence regions for linear or nonlinear
regressions (though I am more interested in the later).

I am trying to use the nls library for R and I have actually find in
the netlib repository a code that does this work, called ellipse, and I
managed to install the code (not the help pages) but it seems that the
structure of the nls object in R differs from its equivalent in S-plus I
cannot work it out (I understood as well that this is a significativea
difference between R and S-plus). Any help of this would be very welcomed.

Thanks in advance,

IOsu
