Type
	make dvi	
				from the top level directory

or	 make Man.dvi 
or	 make Man.ps
or even  make Manbooks		after  cd doc/manual/
			{{the latter is somewhat experimental, working only
			  if you have  psbook & pstops 
			   and is for 2-sided printing when you want to get an
			   A5 (= half of A4 = non-US standard paper) folded
			   two-sided "book"}}
