The pull request packaging the fix [1] sets the package version to
3.6.9-2. Once that version is available at [2], "pacman -Syuu" will be
able to install it.

It should also be possible to build a fixed msys-2.0.dll from source by
cloning https://github.com/msys2/MSYS2-packages/, changing the
directory to .../msys2-runtime and running "makepkg -s". There used to
be some problems with that, but Christoph Reiter fixed them as well.
