[Rd] update.packages(checkBuilt=TRUE, ask=FALSE): possible bug

Dear Peter,
I managed to reproduce the error in multiple repositories (
http://cran.at.r-project.org/, http://cran-r.c3sl.ufpr.br/, etc.).
However, after rebooting the computer it was no longer possible to
reproduce it.
I'll be monitoring ...
